Comprehensively conducted a full market evaluation and researched the alternative fuels, play equipment, garden furniture and construction markets to determine the clients’ potential sales growth. Obtained extensive marketing lists of potential new clients in various operating sectors, together with information regarding product specifications, sector standards, protocols on supply and delivery. Identification of the most profitable routes to market and sell the clients goods to in order to turn over large volume sales. Produced and developed comprehensive marketing strategy, key account systems and sales strategy for the group. Designed and developed a new brand and new marketing literature which successfully gave the client a substantial market presence. Acted as an Agent for the company selling and developing new clients and markets for the company’s new product lines. Introduced and sold the clients products to a large multiple which resulted in a joint branding venture and the clients goods being sold throughout the UK to Homebase, B&Q, Tesco, Sainsburys, Makro & Costco. Identified further sales opportunities from the clients existing customer base by cross matching and cross selling product ranges (of up to 20%). Developed sales relations with a key distributor in the Channel Islands which resulted in the clients’ fuel products being sold throughout the Islands on garage forecourts.
