Company Overview
Established in 1984, this client provides IT solutions and support for SMEs and public sector organisations. Its services include system hardware, consultancy, security, remote working, server solutions and storage. The company is a VMware Enterprise Partner and holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000 accreditations, and is a Microsoft, Symantec, Cisco and Citrix expert.
Our Mission
Over a four-month period, we were asked to increase sales turnover. The client had recently developed a new software programme and wanted to market it more effectively.
What we Did
Using our expertise as digital marketing specialists, we were able to re-brand the company to appeal more to its prospective customers. We produced eye-catching new marketing literature and conducted research on the client’s behalf to find additional sectors where it could promote its new software. We also developed a new strategy to work alongside these new markets, and trained the telesales and field-sales teams on how to do it properly.
Mission Accomplished
At the end of the four-months, the client recorded profit levels of 38% – an increase of 8% on previous years – and sales went up by 15%.
