Turnover £110m + Client predominantly supplying goods to the multi-nationals i.e. Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, Homebase, Makro, Costco etc. Our remit was to develop and retrain the existing sales team plus one Director in charge of key account management, in order to improve sales and overall business performance. We undertook a number of rigorous training and coaching exercises with the individuals involved which resulted in improved business growth and efficiently streamlining operations. We were also given the remit of assisting the company to find suppliers of suitable products which could fit in with the clients’ seasonal shortage sales periods. As such we introduced this client to a customer of ours and a joint branding venture was entered into and sales growth generated for each party in excess of £1m.
