A British FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) organisation, which manufactures well-known branded soft drinks, sports drinks and which also distils & retails its own spring water throughout the UK, Europe and Internationally. A great British brand with a history stretching back over 100 years and one of the first manufacturers to produce an ambient cuplet.
Our Mission
As a full service marketing agency our objectives were two fold in that we needed to develop a new businesses strategy, cascade this into new organisational goals which in turn would drive marketing, improve sales, capitalise on new product developments, inspire creativity and maximise brand leverage against the competition
What We Did
Whilst working closely with the Executive Board & Senior Management team our strategic marketing consultancy squad provided “hands on” tactical assistance in developing a new business strategy, new operational objectives and we also conducted market research into possible new product developments. We also reviewed the rationale behind the clients’ current strategic objectives, risk management, brand proposition, marketing communications, sales leverage, piggy backing and sponsorships. We created a new business strategy & mission statement, re-invigorated the client’s brand and positioned the client as a niche and serious market player within the FMCG drinks arena. We also Identified new products and new markets / sales opportunities from which the client could obtain further growth from.

The company has gone from strength to strength and is now a dominant market player within the FMCG Drinks market. Our strategic marketing review enabled the business to develop a new and exciting spring water drink utilising current business resources and capitalising on market share and maximising growth.
